We have a wide variety of challeging fitness classes for the novice to the most advanced fitness guru.Whether you want to get in shape for the ski season, lose some extra weight or just take advantage of everything our great facility has to offer, we are happy to help. Our center offers underwater treadmills, a swim current, aerobic equipment, strength training equipment, full locker rooms with showers and a professional caring staff.
With our balance training programs, women's wellness and exciting fitness classes (not to mention Zumba!) we've got your fitness needs covered.
