A contribution of any amount will help provide research,
education, equipment and other resources to improve the
lives and welfare of our patients.Remeber all donations are tax deductable and greatly
appreciated. Your donation will benefit both young and
old whether it is a disability, obesity problem,
psychological issue, or just reconditioning in hopes of
returning to work. We serve all types of patients in our
therapy and offer a diverse assortment of programs in
our wellness program as well.

We accept cash, check or credit card and no donation is too small.
Planned Giving
Making a pledge enables you as a donor to plan your giving so it is most convenient and tax-wise. Planned gifts usually usually come from a donor's assets rather than income. The gift can either be outright or deferred. These donations are sometimes gifts by Will, Charitable Gift Annuity, Charitable Remainder, Trust or Annuity Trust, or Securities. Donations may also be in the form of insurance, real estate or other personal property.
Remebering Special People
Make donation in memory of someone who has inspired you to make a difference or deceased family member, friend or loved one and we'll see that your donation is recognized for them how you wish.
