Q: What should I bring to my first visit?
        -A prescription for PT, OT, or SLP from your referring care provider.
        -Your insurance information
        -Get ahead by completing our intake and screening forms.

Q: How often will I need to come to therapy?
     A: The number of visits per week and the number of weeks will depend on the severity of your symptoms and the plan of care you and your therapist discuss.

Q: How long are the appointments?
     A: A typical evaluation will be scheduled for 60 minutes. Follow up appointments range from 30 minutes to 60 minutes.

Q: How should I dress?
     A: Dress comfortably. We can supply shorts and gowns if needed for treatment and exercise.

Q: Are your offices handicap accessible?
    A: Yes

Q: What happens when I am finished with therapy?
     A: We offer several options for health and wellness so you can continue to progress toward your strength and fitness goals. Q: I bring a friend with me to the gym?
     A: Yes! You get 2 guest passes per month.

Q: Do you offer a day pass if I’ve used my 2 guest passes?
     A: We offer day passes for $5!

Q: How much will my co-pay be for therapy?
     A: That depends on your insurance carrier and your plan. We will provide an insurance pre-authorization at or before your first appointment so you know.
